Forcount Promoter Juan Tacuri Sentenced to 20 Years in Prison
Juan Tacuri, the key promoter of the Forcount Ponzi scheme, has been sentenced to 20 years in prison on October 15 by U.S. District Judge Analisa Torres. According to the U.S. Department of Justice, Tacuri was also ordered to pay $3.6 million in restitution
