Each transaction on Shibarium contributes a base fee to a designated burn contract. When a predetermined amount of BONE, Shibarium’s gas token, accumulates, any user can initiate the burn process via the user-friendly ShibTorch V2 dashboard.
The process mirrors a withdrawal transaction, albeit with a crucial difference: instead of receiving tokens, users are effectively removing them from circulation. The accumulated BONE is transferred to the Ethereum blockchain, automatically converted to SHIB, and then sent to a burn address, permanently eliminating the tokens from the total supply.

This latest iteration is far from a mere cosmetic update. ShibTorch V2 introduces several key improvements, chief among them being its integration into Shib.io.
