Shibarium is launching an exciting new community-led giveaway this Sunday, offering participants the chance to win a share of $2000 in prizes.
In an exclusive interview with The Shib Daily, Shiba Inu’s marketing lead Lucie (@LucieSHIB on X) shared detailed insights about the contest, highlighting the community-centric approach and the steps participants need to take to maximize their chances of winning. The contest, commencing on Sunday, July 14, requires participants bridge tokens to Shibarium and then utilize Shibaswap, Shiba Inu’s decentralized exchange.
Participants are encouraged to share their experience on X using the hashtags #TreatYourSelf and #Shibarium. The giveaway boasts a tiered prize structure:
- 1st place: $1000
- 2nd place: $500
- 3rd place: $250
- 4th place (5 winners): $50 each
Lucie emphasized the inclusivity of the promotion, stating, “Any transaction on Shibarium would qualify for the contest. We are giving ample time for all to participate.” Winners will be announced on Sept. 15, 2024, she added.
For those looking to maximize their chances of winning, Lucie recommended “increased interactions on Shibarium and active promotion on social media for the project.” The marketing lead highlighted that “Winners will be picked by Shibarium Discord admins,” adding that the giveaway was “organized by Discord with the support of our amazing devs, Kaal and Shytoshi.”
When asked about Shibarium’s most exciting aspects, Lucie highlighted “the project’s focus on community, its low transaction fees, and the strong support it receives from its developers.” These strong features aim to make Shibarium a user-friendly and accessible platform for a broad audience.
The Shibarium promotion which was teased by the Shib marketing lead a few weeks back, not only generated excitement within the Shiba Inu community but also served to educate users about the new blockchain and its features.
