In a post today, Dhairya highlighted a pivotal development within the ecosystem that could revolutionize the adoption of SHIB and propel the Shiba Inu L2 blockchain solution, Shibarium, into the limelight.
His assertion? The “next billion users” in the crypto space will find their home on Shibarium and embrace SHIB.
“Game over, the next billion users are going to be on #Shibarium and $SHIB, #zama #FHE,” The Shib top developer wrote on X (formerly Twitter).
Dhairya’s comments come amidst positive signs for Shibarium. Launched less than a year ago, the network has already processed over 385 million transactions, minted over 3.4 million blocks, and boasts over 1.36 million connected wallets. These figures suggest a growing user base and active network usage.
Shibarium is designed to address limitations plaguing the Ethereum network, where SHIB currently resides. These limitations include high transaction fees and scalability issues, hindering user experience and widespread adoption.
